Freebirds World Burrito is an Austin, TX based fast-casual restaurant brand featuring fresh ingredients. We're seeking energetic and motivated Shift Managers to foster our unique, fun-loving environment. Must have a proven track record of getting results by utilizing the strengths of their team. Successful candidates will have a history of growing same store sales and driving initiatives, such as; catering, third party delivery, local restaurant marketing efforts, and sales contests!

Responsibilities

• Hands-on, high caliber leadership during daily operations

• Assist in training programs for restaurant management and Tribe members

• Completion of restaurant checklists

• Supports restaurant hiring and scheduling

• Inventory control and ordering

• Assists with financials

• Build and maintain a strong team culture- Your Vibe, attracts your Tribe! Do you have what it takes?

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience

• Food Safety Manager Certification

• Must have valid state driver’s license and insurance

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

• Excellent communication skills

• High energy and top performer

• Problem solver and proactive thinker
