You're the only reason food gets put back on the table. When you wash and dry dishes, you're providing another hungry customer with the chance to eat. And eating is the best. Using industrial dishwashing machinery, you'll obliterate back of house sanitation policies while helping to keep the kitchen prepped and organized. Responsibilities
-Operate dishwasher.
-Wash glassware by hand when necessary.
-Empty and clean trash and recycling bins.
-Rotate dishes.
-Clean dish storage.
-Assist kitchen staff as needed.
