Bartender

Job Description

Here’s what you’ll do:

- Welcome/greet guests and know regular guests by name, preference and needs

- Know brands of beer, wine and liquor, as well as the ingredients for the most common cocktails (garnishes, proper glassware, and prices)

- Know our food inside and out. Describe and tour the menu with all our guests.

- Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations

- Maintain a clean and safe work area

- Deliver drink orders to each guest in a timely, and efficient manner

- Passionate about nailing all the basics of great service

- Ready to go above and beyond to provide a hospitable experience for all our guests. Connecting with new guests and keeping our current guests coming back.

- Friendly, upbeat, outgoing, positive, social, excited to meet new people

- Interested in learning new things about food & beverage

- TABC certificate must be presented upon hiring

- Food Handler’s certificate must be presented upon hiring for bartender positions
