Job Description
As manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring and developing team members. You'll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively
- Attract, recruit, and train staff
- Purchase goods and make improvements
- Report sales results and productivity to management
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

About Big Fish Grill
Big Fish Grill is a casual upscale, full-service restaurant in the Issaquah Highlands, with a solid team of professional and personable staff, and very little turnover. We are NOT a seasonal restaurant, though we do have the best patio in Issaquah for seating for the summer months. We are looking for TEAM-oriented individuals who want to work in a drama-free environment, and who genuinely enjoy taking care of our guests.
