Job Description
As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.
Responsibilities

- Help plan and serve bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory
- ID customers to confirm legal drinking age

This venue has been hosting romantic, elegant weddings, events and more since 2000 under the ownership of renowned master chef Sasha Gill. Venetian Terrace features stunning Old World Italian architecture and design, such as cobblestone walkways, arched windows and a garden terrace. Our grand ballroom can accommodate up to 150 guests, and we offer on-site catering and baking as well as beverage service. Chef Sasha Gill has 49 years of culinary experience, having trained in hotels in Sao Paolo, Tokyo and Brussels, and he has worked in the events industry for 47 of those years.
