Job Description

Responsibilities
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items

Schlotzsky’s first opened a small shop on South Congress, where we introduced The Original, served on the same toasted, house-made sourdough that we serve today. And if we ran out of bread that day, we closed our doors because we cared as much about freshness then as we do now. If you can believe it, we served that sandwich on a frisbee. Because to us, food is all about having fun. And fun is all about letting food fly.
