Job Description
Reports To: Restaurant Management Team
Primary Responsibilities: Greets and seats all guests in a warm and friendly manner, making a famous first impression. Assists in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant. As guests are departing, inquire about their experience and thank them for dining with us.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a smile upon arrival.
- Seat guests and accommodate special requests.
- Manage the wait list: record guest names and number in party, and provide estimated waiting time.
- Answer phones and manage the restaurant reservation system.
- Inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
