Job Description
The boss, plain and simple. From the customers to the front of the house to the back of the house - you put yourself in everyone's shoes at all times (with no additional feet provided). You can tackle issues on the floor, make things happen in the kitchen, and transform a disgruntled customer into a vocal advocate. Your management skills are obvious, your restaurant experience is necessary, and your awesome attitude is the icing on the cake...that you could also sell if you were pushing deserts.
Responsibilities
- Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget.
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively.
- Attract, recruit, and train staff.
- Purchase goods and make improvements.
- Report sales results and productivity to management.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.

While tending bar on Waikiki beach they dreamed of owning their own place. In 2004, with hard work and plenty of support from friends and family, the guys made their dream a reality. Mugshots #1 opened in Hattiesburg, Mississippi January 10, 2004. Short on cash, but full of gratitude, they showed their thanks by naming appetizers, burgers and menu items after family and friends and decorating the restaurant walls with pictures of customers traveling all over the world showing off their Mugshots memorabilia. The idea that Mugshots Grill & Bar “would be a place all would be happy coming to for great food, good drinks, and a fun sporty atmosphere, at a great price” is what keeps our guests coming back for more!
