Job Description
Papa John’s is seeking Managers who can lead and motivate restaurant team members to deliver quality service while maintaining a fun, energetic and collaborative environment.
As a Manager, you will supervise team members, determine adequate shift staffing levels and properly train team members to exceed expectations. We will rely on you to provide outstanding customer service, while professionally and promptly addressing customer concerns or issues.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18-years-old. A high school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred. Ability and desire to work nights and weekends. Capacity to lead a team during a shift with no supervision. Proficiency with computers and phones. Ability to learn and perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including but not limited to, pizza delivery. Possess a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively
- Attract, recruit, and train staff
- Purchase goods and make improvements
- Report sales results and productivity to management
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
