Job Description
As the barista, you will skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency. With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. Being a barista offers you a community of passionate coffee lovers and frequent opportunities for continued learning.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages
- Share knowledge and suggest menu items to customers
- Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
- Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Receive and process payments
- Prepare foods such as muffins, pastries, bagels, etc.

We truly appreciate our regulars. Over 100 unique items on our breakfast/lunch menu will always keep our guests coming back for more. We not only listen to feedback from our guests and partners but we act on it. Items such as weekly features, drink features, many of our creative menu items and developing successful operational systems would never be possible if we did not listen and then act.
We use only quality ingredients in our kitchens, freshly prepared. It is obvious that we cook everything to order and we take great pride in our product.
