Job Description
Bosses Pizza is hiring an assistant manager position for its Lake Worth, Texas, location. This position's pay depends on experience. Successful candidates will be professional with a clean and neat appearance, hard-working, and self-starters.
You'll act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring employees adhering to company policies. You'll oversee service, take the lead resolving issues.

- Assist in managing business segments of restaurant operations - including staffing and service
- Assist in optimizing profit and controlling costs
- Train new employees and supervise current employees to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
- Maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment for guests and staff alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Schedule cleaning and maintenance as needed
- Report to all meetings
- Experience in restaurant industry preferred but not required
