We’re looking for fellow food-obsessed, pizza-loving, mellow-vibing, Kitchen Manager. Got what it takes?

The perfect candidate will have an extensive background in food and beverage operations, preferably several years as KM or AKM under their belt. Having a corporate background would be beneficial. We are looking for a motivated individual who isn't afraid of doing the typical KM-work. We have a very yound and dynamic team in place, the environment is more mellow than what you might be used to. Teamwork and a Team Member and Guest First attitude is what we are looking for. We truly believe that culture makes or breaks a place and are interested in adding an upbeat, positive Manager to our team. Restaurant life can be hard, we all know this. We believe in making it a bit easier here at Mellow. While you would primarly work mid and closing shifts, we believe in limited hours per week for a work life balance. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing business segments of restaurant operations - including staffing and service
• Assist in optimizing profit and controlling costs with the use of P&L statements
• Train new employees and supervise current employees to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Schedule maintenance as needed
• Report to all meetings
