Responsibilities
- Duties:
- • Providing excellent, sincere and friendly customer service at all times!
- • Builds important connections with customers; discovers and responds to their needs with a customer first attitude.
- • Acts with the integrity and honesty that promotes Pizza Birra Vino’s welcoming atmosphere.
- • Opens and closes the store.
- • Plan and manage a shift effectively
- • Delegates tasks and assigns stations to ensure that fast service, cleanliness standards, and customer needs are met in the day to day operations of a pizza stores on either day or night shifts.
- • Assist with training new associates and helping management oversee restaurant and quality control.
- • work with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to ensure an all-around amazing guest experience. They assume responsibility for operations and guest complaints in the absence of the AGM/GM
- • Cultivates a positive learning environment through clear, respectful mentorship and feedback to team members and Shift Leaders.
- • Work in a fast-paced environment with the team (especially during rush hours).
- • Have a vast knowledge of the food menu and prices
- • Makes and quality checks all products, adhering to recipes, food safety, and presentation guidelines.
- • Prep all food items while properly rotating
- • Cross-training to perform the duties of our in-store team members including: pizza making, order taking and more!
- • Walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- • Performing daily cleaning duties to help maintain a spotless shop
