Taco Bell is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and assist with overseeing restaurant operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in driving sales, managing costs, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Run organized shifts and execute all administrative duties.
- Provide leadership & direction when RGM is not available
- Analyze and respond to operation and financial metrics
- Assist RGM in training team members
- Assist RGM in scheduling facility maintenance needs
- Ability to manage any conflict regarding customers and/or employees
