Job Description
As the Assistant Manager, you'll have a lot of face time with guests and employees. You'll act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction by properly training employees and adhering to company policies. You'll oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the Manager is off duty or working on other projects.

Trianon opened in 1985 under the leadership of Norma and Edmond Bazerghi. They began introducing customers to each other. “Before long, everybody knew everybody,” Norma said. “It just worked.” “There are two ways to run a coffee business – to sell as much coffee as you can each day or to make it part of the neighborhood.” The current staff has continued that tradition.
Trianon got its name from a building in the Versailles Palace near Paris, France. It was a retreat for leaders from the daily pressures of business. The West Lake/Rollingwood version includes a conference room, comfortable seating, attentive staff, and some of the best coffee in the Austin area.
