Job Description
As the Assistant Manager, you'll have a lot of face time with guests and employees. You'll act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction by properly training employees and adhering to company policies. You'll oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the Manager is off duty or working on other projects.

Born in London, England and raised in Sydney, Australia and moving to the USA in 1997, I developed a wine importing company which was nationwide for 10 years. After moving to Florida in 2005 I made a strategic decision to start my own wine distribution company in Florida. In January 2008 Unfiltered Unfined Wines was born. My goal was to acquire unique small production wines from around the world for my Florida customers.
Our warehouse and offices are located in Fort Myers and we service and deliver statewide. When I started the business in 2008, it was just me. Now I am fortunate enough to have over 25 people, as part of my growing team.
We carry wines from all over the world including California, Oregon, Australia, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Italy and France.
