Job Description
As the baker, you will be responsible for preparing baked goods of different varieties and will likely have opportunities to create or innovate recipes. You may work directly with customers and in all cases, a commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing consistent quality is a must. You'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and following all safety and sanitation protocols.

Meet Gigi Butler
Gigi was born in Oklahoma and raised in California. A born entrepreneur, she started a cleaning company when she was just 15, but her real dream was being a singer/songwriter. In 1994, she sold her cleaning business, and with all her bills paid and $500 cash in hand, moved to Nashville to follow that dream. As it turns out, her real dream was making cupcakes. After a life-changing phone call from Gigi’s brother Steve, Gigi’s Cupcakes was born in Nashville in 2008. We’ve been swirling some fun ever since!
Gigi's Today
Gigi’s has been swirling cupcakes for more than 12 years, growing from the first location in Nashville to more than 50 locations in 21 states. While cupcakes are at the heart of our kitchens, we’re big fans of other sweet treats, too: cookies, brownies and macarons bring a little variety to the party. Each Gigi’s is locally owned and operated, bringing their local community into each bakery. A freshly baked app makes online ordering easy online ordering for take-out and delivery, with rewards for loyal fans.
