Job Description

Manresa Bread is looking for hard working and passionate individuals to join our pastry and bread teams as a pastry baker and/or a bread baker at our at commercial kitchen in Los Gatos.

Job responsibilities:

Pastry - Baking pastry products for our retail stores such as croissants, danish, cakes, cookies, and quiche for wholesale and retail stores.

Bread - Baking artisanal bread for our retail stores, wholesale and online orders.

Individual should be detail oriented, work with a sense of urgency, organized and curious and excited about artisan production of baked goods!

Schedule:

Pastry - Thursday - Monday, 10:00am to 6:30 pm

Bread - Schedule typically is Wednesday through Sunday. We have start times of 6:00 am, 10:00am or 5:00pm.

Required:

Pastry - Minimum one year of work experience in a bakery or a restaurant pastry production team. Preferred if candidate has several years of experience in either environment.

Bread - 1 year minimum of experience in a restaurant kitchen or prior similar experience in a fast paced environment.
