Job Description
You are the ultimate creator of fluffiness and joy. You slap, toss, stretch, drive the bus, sauce, and top with the best of them! Oh, and we have Picard Hot Rocks forced air conveyor oven to play with (2 actually). You are the ultimate creator of what Mellow is known for, Delicious Craft Pizza! Lucky for us, you bake this joy in large quantities. From The Kosmic Karma to The Funky Q or any guilty pleasures our guests have you create, every pizza contains that ""can't say no"" element. Once customers take a bite, watch the regret leave their body. Yummm - pizza....
Responsibilities
- Hand toss dough, sauce and top pizzas according to orders
- Maintain clean work station
- Complete defined side work
- Display positive attitude
- Work well under pressure
