Job Description
As the decorator, you will be responsible for finishing baked goods daily for the display case, finishing/frosting ready to sell cakes, as well as custom decorated cakes to order. You may work directly with customers and in all cases, a commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing consistent quality is a must. You'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and following all safety and sanitation protocols.
Responsibilities
- Measure, weigh, and prep recipe ingredients
- Decorate, glaze, apply icing, and prep toppings
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and tools
- Assist guests throughout the day, and take custom orders
- Prepare orders throughout the day to meet guest expectations.
