Job Description
Kyoto Japanese Steak House is looking for a Bar Helper in Rockwall, TX! As a full time or part time Bar Helper, your role is to work with the bartender as well as the rest of the team to create a one of a kind guest experience. Using great communication skills and a positive attitude, you will ensure a smooth service even in the busiest of times.
Responsibilities include:
-Creating authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention to detail and service
-Delivering high quality food and beverage that is geared toward the guest preferences because you are an expert in what we offer
-Supporting the bar team by juicing, stocking, prepping, rotating kegs, products and anything else that allows proper execution of the steps of service
-Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and all other workstations assigned.
-Working side by side, with your fellow team members in support of providing a high level of hospitality

Responsibilities
- Clean/wipe down bar area counters, furniture, and tabletops
- Wash glasses and dishes
- Handle drink spills and broken glassware
- Restock and replenish liquor, garnishes, and bar supplies
- Change beer kegs
- Empty trash and refill ice wells
