Job Description

A successful Circle House Coffee barista is continuously focused on improvement and never settles for less. You are responsible for doing your part to ensure our guests have the best possible experience. Your ability to engage our guests with energy and warmth and to show your appreciation for their business is one of the fundamental responsibilities you have as a barista. With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. Responsibilities

• Beverage and Food Responsibilities
• • Making and serving all beverages to standard
• • Following recipes and workflows
• • Maintaining a clean and organized bar
• • Working quickly and multi-tasking
• • Producing some beverage ingredients back-of-house
• • Preparing and serving food items according to standard
• • Food display case maintenance
• • Rotating products according to best by date
• Point of Sale Responsibilities
• • Welcoming our guests, taking orders and processing payment
• • Taking drive thru orders using a headset
• • Operating a point of sale with multiple open checks
• • Keeping orders cued up and organized
• • Modifying menu items if requested by a guest
• Additional Responsibilities
• • Routine cleaning throughout shift including workstations, small wares, condiment bars, seating areas, and bathrooms
• • Basic preventative maintenance for equipment
• • Some bending and lifting
• Minimum Qualifications
• • Experience in a job that required customer service skills
• • Experience in a job that required multi-tasking to be successful
• • Ability to stand for long periods
• • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds on occasion
• • Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Desired qualifications
• • Barista, food prep, cashier, or retail experience
• Compensation
• $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

• 15 to 40 hours per week
