As the barista, you will skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency. With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service
• Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and workstations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Stock supplies, rotate products, and notify leadership of inventory needs
• Handle customer questions or concerns promptly and respectfully
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
