About Us:

We are looking for experienced, hard-working and energetic staff for various positions in a new Wine, Cocktail and Coffee Bar Concept, opening early May in the heart of Southlake.

We have created an upscale- causal environment that includes a full kitchen, bar and coffee station set within an intimate and inviting atmosphere. Seating includes dining room, bar, patio and café style accommodations, providing a morning to night setting of offerings to our clients.

As the barista, you will skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency. With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. Responsibilities

• Basic Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• *ALL STAFF will be trained in coffee machine use and preparation by our coffee partners*
• Experience in operating La Marzocca or similar manual espresso machines
• Knowledgeable about various coffee and espresso drinks, ingredients, variations. Become well versed in our offerings
• Ability to multi-task including taking orders, preparing drinks and coffee bar food items
• Upbeat attitude and personality with good communication skills
• Ability to work on your feet
• Contribute to keeping a safe, clean and organized environment
• Overall passion for Hospitality
• Helpful Additional Qualifications:
• 2+ years barista/coffee service experience
• 21+ years of age
• Greet customers
• Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages
• Share knowledge and suggest menu items to customers
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Receive and process payments
