New Coffee Roasting - when a new coffee comes in an initial roast must be done to see how the coffee will roast and what notes we are looking to develop more

Production Roasting - once a new coffee dialed in and tasting good every proceeding roast must be as close to that one as possible.

Cupping

When these samples come in and are sampled a cupping must be done to see if the coffees are at the standard we require or are giving flavors we want coffees to have

When dialing in the new coffees during the new coffee roasting process, cuppings must be performed for every interaction to see how the flavor is being affected.

When the desired notes are found after a good roast the tasting notes can be recorded for packaging.
