Cargo Food Authority is hiring bartenders that want to join our team of motivated, friendly faces.

We love training, so no experience is necessary. If you have experience as a bartender, that is preferred. You will also need a current alcohol training certification.

Summary

-Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar and restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Greet and take orders from customers.
• Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Serves wine and draught or bottled beer.
• Collects money for drinks served.
• Bus tables after guests have left.
• Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
• Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
• Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Washes and sterilizes glassware.
• Prepares appetizers such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats.
• Cleans and breaks down bar at the end of each shift.
