We are seeking Bartenders who are passionate about providing guests with a unique, exceptional drinking and dining experience. A Bartender makes and serves drinks following established company guidelines and procedures and strictly abides by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated individuals. He or she rings guest checks, collects cash and processes credit card charges following company policies and procedures.

The Bartender must understand the importance of always having a quick smile and welcoming demeanor that makes guests want to grab a seat at the bar. It’s important to immediately acknowledge and sincerely welcome guests upon arrival and be attentive throughout their stay. The ability to multi-task, engage with all guests, and anticipate guest needs so that no guest feels ignored is necessary.

The ideal candidate for this position has at least one year of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar and can work a flexible schedule that includes days, night, weekends and holidays. A positive attitude, sense of urgency, hospitality mentality, team player mindset and excellent communication skills are all required for this position. Bartenders must be at least 18 years of age and able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift heavy objects as needed.
