Make drinks, conversation, and hopefully some regulars. From shaking craft cocktails to studying your 8-35 rotating beer taps, you're a master in all things behind the bar. An entire spectrum of folks will sit in front of you, and you'll be the member of their group they didn't know they needed. Anticipating their needs, chiming in with well-timed anecdotes, recommending a night-cap - you're the foundation of their good time. Best part? Responsibilities

• Taking care of all guest needs from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave to include taking food and drink orders, clearing plates and manicuring the bar area
• Full knowledge of all food, cocktail, wine and beer menus to insure the guest receives any info they need to fulfill their experience with us
• Keep bar clean and organized through out service
• Produce not only drink recipes but any mixer recipes accurately
• Maintaining proper glassware for each drink by making sure it’s clean, polished and chilled accordingly
• Able to set up and break down the bar, leaving it set for success for the next shift
• Stocking and organizing beer, wine and liquor inventory
