Job Description
As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.

Our hand-crafted Signature Works and limited-time bowls offer unique flavors that draw inspirations from a mix of cultures from Hawaii and across the globe.

We believe in the importance of meeting today’s needs while preserving our oceans so that future generations will never have to fish in troubled waters.
At Pokeworks, our sustainability efforts go beyond the menu. Being socially and environmentally responsible is a commitment. On top of prioritizing sustainable food sources, we have put an effort into finding sustainable building material. A number of our spaces use Forest Stewardship Council™-certified reclaimed wood products.
