As a cook, you'll be able to translate beautiful kitchen messes into beautiful plated meals. You're fluent in ingredients and have an MBA in multitasking (relax, not an actual MBA). Whatever technical experience you have is welcomed, but don't shy away if you simply know your way around a grill.
