Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar in Naples is looking for Food Runners and Bussers to join our

fast-paced, high-volume location! We are currently searching for candidates with 6 months of

previous full-service, restaurant experience to join our team in a full or part time position!

$6.98/ HOUR! DINING DISCOUNTS! HEALTH BENEFITS! 401K!

Food Runner responsibilities include serving food orders and removing used dishes and

utensils. Bussers are to clear and clean tables, reset tables for next use, check bathrooms and

overall help keep dining room clean throughout shift.

Skills

 Six (6) months + experience as a food runner/busser

 Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules

 Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours

 Availability to work various shifts, including weekends

 Multi-tasking abilities

 Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
• Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests
• (e.g., food allergies)
• Assist the wait staff with table setting by retrieving and placing appropriate tableware,
• eating utensils and napkins
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g., proper temperature)
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils
• Inform restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g., when they ask for
• the check)
