Job Description
This position consists mainly (not limited too) of cleaning and resetting tables, carrying dishes and bus carts to the kitchen, serve water to tables immediately when they are sat, and assist servers with table maintenance needs. Other tasks include basic cleanliness of the restaurant: cleaning and polishing fixtures, walls, furniture, cleaning tableware, food service areas, sweeping and mopping, cleaning up spills, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, etc.
