Job Description

In Guest Services, you will ensure guests have a positive and memorable Braum's experience by providing an exceptional presentation of our quality products, many of which come directly from farm to consumer. You should always be on the lookout for opportunities to go above and beyond, and encourage our guests to add a package of cones with their ice cream or try one of our juicy, grain fed steaks. Effective communication and creative interaction with our guests will be central to your success and believe it or not, deter theft.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a Braum's smile and upbeat, welcoming demeanor
• Provide information about everything we offer and assistance to whoever would need our help.
• Quickly inform the Mod regarding any perception of dissatisfaction during a visit.
• Help guests find what they need and offer up some of our freshly made bakery choices
• Communicate requests, issues and messages with efficiency and professionalism
• Provide general support to the Braum's and the cleanliness and organization to the dinning room quickly and efficiently
• Ask for help
