Job Description
The Cake decorator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the cake department. Your skill in decorating should be matched by your creativity to innovate and create new product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality of all product and presentation
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of cake areas
- Receive, check and properly store all incoming product
- Know and comply with all sanitation standards
- Schedule cake production based on business needs and communicate to staff
- Operate, teach and supervise safe operation of all appliances and equipment
- Handle conflict resolution of guests and staff as needed
