Job Description
Our Guest Ambassadors are responsible for creating joyful guest experiences at Choolaah. They have high energy, a positive attitude and passion for excellence, genuine hospitality, teamwork and great food.
Responsibilities
- Helping guest navigate through the Choolaah menu
- Striving for accuracy all orders
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Ensuring their area/station is clean, stocked, setup and ready for service
- Following all company policies and standards including safety and sanitation
- Properly handling cash transactions while maintaining an organized cash register
- Cross training and cross utilizing skills
