Job Description

Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Assist in preparing and serving coffee and ice cream according to store standards.
• Bag orders promptly and correctly for takeout or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including counters, displays, and beverage stations.
• Restock front-of-house supplies as needed (e.g., napkins, cups, condiments).
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and care.
• Uphold company policies and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow staff as needed.
