Job Description
Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.

The Skrimp Shack story began in 2011, when Mitch and Stacey Hartman founded the American fast-casual seafood brand. The brand soon became known and loved for having the “Fattest Fish Samwich” in town, and for its vibrant, loyal customer base. In 2020, the Hartmans retired and The Skrimp Shack began a new chapter when it was purchased by Chaz Crenshaw and Kevin Harrison. Along with their passion of saltwater hobbies like boating, fishing, and surfing, they all share the same goal- to grow The Skrimp Shack into America’s favorite casual seafood brand. With locally-owned franchises all over the United States (and beyond!), The Skrimp Shack has continued to grow and thrive in the fast-casual restaurant space.
