Job Description

The Lucky Lab Catering Sales Lead is responsible for the sales growth and market presence of the Lucky Lab Catering brand in addition to overseeing all internal and external catering events.

This is a customer facing position. You’ll remain in close contact with current clientele as well as get out in the field to prospect, qualify, and draw in new clients. Our Catering Sales Lead is able to maintain a personable and highly professional demeanor while interacting with both clients and co workers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also key.

Our ideal candidate has experience in the following: Sales Growth/Management, Business Development, Management and Leadership Skills. More specifically as follows:

Sales Growth & Management

Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to accelerate lead generation

Bring experience working with the restaurant catering programs

Solicit business through regular clients and cold call potential clients

The ability to grow corporate catering sales by 40-50% within the first year (Delivery, Pick up, and Corporate Events)

Achieve quarterly sales goals

Maintain relationships with existing catering customers through phone communication, personal visits, thank you letters, and community events

Desired Qualifications

Experience in the hospitality industry with 2+ in catering, sales, and event management

In depth knowledge of the coffee industry, or a strong willingness to learn

In depth knowledge of the restaurant and event industry including market needs and trends

Proven track record or meeting and exceeding goals

Experience in food prep, on site set up and clean up is essential

Prior experience with a CRM software tool (TPP, Salesforce, Dubsado, etc.)

Advanced in Microsoft Excel and google suite platform
