Cooking started as a passion for the Bilsky family, as a way of bringing the family together after a stressful workday to leave the outside behind for a small amount of time and enjoy what was around us. Since then, we have now turned this passion for cooking excellent meals into a profession in the belief that all family and friends should enjoy their time together with one another over exceptional food. Our day to day mission is to always keep the same high standards we expected when serving food to our own family as we do for our customers. Food is meant to be fun and exciting, and we hold true to this at Scratch Catering by continuing to constantly build our custom menus specifically to our clients' particular event so that each event is unique and exciting to its own!
