Job Description
As the chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu. You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals. You will be responsible for hiring and supervising the kitchen staff and coaching employees on consistency, technique and skills.

At the Frisco Fresh Market I am limited to 4 sausage Brisket sausage, Green onion Sausage Gator/Crab sausage. Turkey legs, Smoked green Beans, East Tx Pinto Beans and Mama's potato Salad. For the Catering Business I offer a full menu Brisket, Ribs, pull Pork, the 4 Sausages and sides mentioned above as well as smoked corn on the cob and cobblers.
