Job Description
As the chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu. You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals. You will be responsible for hiring and supervising the kitchen staff and coaching employees on consistency, technique and skills.

The fresh style of the Dine-In area was inspired in the Japanese outdoors but in a cozy atmosphere, quiet and calm; small tables and unique bench invite you to enjoy your lunch or dinner.
The main goal of Little Tokyo is to offer a taste of Japan to our local customers, a friendly service and fast delivery.
