Job Description
As the chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu. You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals. You will be responsible for hiring and supervising the kitchen staff and coaching employees on consistency, technique and skills.

In 1986, we started a pizza place that brought the tastes, language and vibe from our Latino culture and called it Pizza Pizza. It was a pizza shop where it didn’t matter where you came from (or how long you’ve been here), where a diverse history could be celebrated. Soon after, we changed our name to Pizza Patrón and a legacy was born.
