Job Description
As the chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu. You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals. You will be responsible for hiring and supervising the kitchen staff and coaching employees on consistency, technique and skills.

Now in his 70’s, Joel has transitioned his business to his Daughter and Son-in-law. The family legacy continues as Joel trains future generations to feed Houston in the most delicious way!
