Job Description
As the chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu. You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals. You will be responsible for hiring and supervising the kitchen staff and coaching employees on consistency, technique and skills.

THE STORY BEHIND THE BLIND TIGER CAFE
The first Blind Tiger Cafe started in Ybor City – a small historic, cigar city in Tampa, Florida. The founders had a desire to bring great roasted coffee flavors back to a city that was known for its historic richness. Inspired by the tailored and craftsman feel of a speakeasy, the founders wanted to start a Blind Tiger (another name for speakeasy) of their own. They wanted to sell quality, original roasts so great tasting, it would seem illegal. The Blind Tiger is a speakeasy-inspired lifestyle brand for those who desire quality and richness in the small pleasures of life.
