Job Description

TopSpin is looking for a competent pizza chef (and line cook) position. Experience with pizza is preferred but we are willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Requirements/Responsibilities:
• Strong background as a line cook or chef
• Excellent communication and decision making skills
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Able to professionally represent TopSpin
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards
• Assist with setup, service, clean-up of food production
• Lead daily operations of food prep
• Ensure compliance with state, local and regulatory agencies as it relates to Food Service
