Job Description
As the chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu. You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals. You will be responsible for hiring and supervising the kitchen staff and coaching employees on consistency, technique and skills.

We got our start in Jackson TN, an area known worldwide for its famous BBQ. We have our home for 3 years in downtown Chandler and growing that same tradition of amazing Tennessee-style BBQ in the state of Arizona.
