The City Market Eats Team Member is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the City Market Eats Restaurant in Downtown Tampa. Must present a professional image at all times. The goal is to accelerate our business development by providing an innovative and entertaining dining experience which will compel our guests to become raving fans and create brand loyalty. • Guest 1st Mentality• Fully engaged, service minded attitude• Restaurant experience preferred, but not necessary. • Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality with a guest-first mentality and a cheerful disposition.• Some Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.) • FL SafeStaff Certification• Command of the English language• Available to work 30 hour work week • Must be able to stand 10-12 hours • Good listening and verbal communication skills • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
