Job Description

Bella Bru Cafe, is your locally owned neighborhood Cafe. We specialize and breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We are seeking line Cooks, that are passionate about cooking, energetic and hard-working.

We are currently hiring for multiple positions Monday through Sunday:

-6am to 2:30pm

-8am to 4pm

-12pm to 9pm

Qualifications:

- knowledgeable in egg Temps

- knowledgeable about meat Temps

- knowledgeable and omelettes and other breakfast items.

- knowledgeable about making sandwiches, salads and pizzas.

- must have a California food handler certification card

• Prepare ingredients
• Possess a solid sense of timing

• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Monitor stock and place orders for shortages
