Job Description
Requirements:
Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
Ability to lift 35 - 75 lbs
Good communication skills
Occasionally use motion, which entails pushing, pulling and stretching
Ability to clean and work with fryers
Assure that all food procedures are followed
Coordinate food service with other departments
Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply
