Job Description
Corkscrew Blackstone location is looking for a line cook to join our team. We need an team member that is self motivated, responsible to work solo, has a basic knowledge of cooking and prepping food, and is punctual.

Responsibilities
- Opening and / or closing of the kitchen
- Prep food items following recipes for consistency
- Make and plate customer orders in a timely manner following builds for consistency
- Follow checklists (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) to complete tasks of the position
- Receive, stock and organize products and ingredients
- Communicate with BOH, FOH and Management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ongoing assistance with menu development and creation of new items and specials
